About the Project
Client is implementing a modern Member Hub built on Microsoft Azure to centralize member information from multiple enterprise systems. The platform will support member profiles, eligibility management, reporting, analytics, care management, and operational workflows through enterprise data integration and cloud-native technologies. The implementation includes infrastructure automation, application deployment, cloud operations, monitoring, security, and production support using Agile delivery methodologies.
DevOps Engineer
Position Summary
The DevOps Engineer is responsible for designing, automating, and supporting the cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and operational platforms that enable successful delivery of Client Member Hub solution. This role builds deployment pipelines for Fabric artifacts, notebooks, pipelines, dataflows, React UI, Power Apps, Azure functions, API management, develops and maintains CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), cloud environments, monitoring solutions, and operational processes to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable software delivery.
Working closely with Architects, Software Developers, Data Engineers, QA Engineers, and Technical Leads, the DevOps Engineer supports the full implementation lifecycle from development through production deployment and operational support.
Key Responsibilities-
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.

Create operational runbooks and technical documentation.

Design and maintain deployment pipelines supporting Azure services, web portals and enterprise applications.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, application deployment, and environment configuration using Infrastructure as Code.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement automated build, test, deployment, and release processes.
- Support environment management across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
- Implement monitoring, alerting, capacity planning, and operational dashboards for cloud services and applications.
- Partner with Security and Architecture teams to implement secure deployment practices and governance controls.
- Participate in sprint planning, release planning, deployment readiness reviews, and production cutover activities.
- Support production operations, performance tuning, incident resolution, disaster recovery testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering experience.
- Experience designing and maintaining enterprise CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Azure cloud environments.
- Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or equivalent technologies.
- Strong understanding of cloud networking, security, monitoring, and operational best practices.
- Experience supporting Agile software delivery teams.
Preferred Qualifications-
Experience deploying Microsoft Fabric solutions and Azure cloud services.
- Experience supporting enterprise data platform implementations.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar deployment platforms.
- Experience implementing monitoring solutions using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, or similar tools.
- Experience supporting healthcare, payer, provider, or regulated industry environments preferred.
- Microsoft Azure DevOps Engineer or Azure Administrator certifications preferred.
