Full job description

Resido Realty LLP is looking for a Sales Manager to join our growing real estate sales team in Panaji, Goa.

We are looking for a motivated and confident sales professional with experience in real estate or a target-driven sales environment. The ideal candidate should be good at handling customers, generating leads, conducting site visits, and converting prospects into bookings.

Key Responsibilities

Handle and convert leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Conduct and coordinate property site visits.
Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a smooth sales experience.
Maintain regular updates on leads and sales activities through CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams and clients to facilitate the booking process.
Stay updated on project details, pricing, offers, and market trends.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, presentable, and customer-oriented.
Ability to negotiate and close sales.
Target-driven with a positive and proactive approach.
Good knowledge of English; Hindi/Konkani/Marathi would be an advantage.
Candidates with strong sales experience from other industries may also apply.

Location: Panaji, Goa
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
