Job Responsibilities
The TA Program Specialist will play an important role in shaping the TA strategy for Syneos Health. The role is responsible for partnering with members of the Talent Acquisition team to drive program management of one or more key initiatives in support of the team. This role owns and supports programs that meet the needs of candidates, hiring managers, and the TA team so that Syneos Health can most effectively and efficiently find, attract, and hire the best talent. Scope may be regional or global in nature.
- Partner with global TA, including Delivery on one (or more) programs that support the talent team’s efforts globally.
- Research opportunities for improvement and ROI, including ways to simplify the talent acquisition, hiring manager, and candidate experiences that lead to more efficient recruiting and hiring practices while ensuring data integrity, reporting, and compliance with legal and client requirements
- Keep abreast of industry trends and TA systems and processes.
- Where applicable, based on role, provide support to the team on external events and requirements.
- Provide data and trend analysis to team members in support of programs.
- Participate in global, cross functional projects/initiatives, representing the Talent Acquisition team
- Assist with ad-hoc special projects and/or cover for members of the TA Operations team as required.
- Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in progressively challenging Talent Acquisition roles
- Experience supporting programs or assisting with projects that enhance TA effectiveness
- Experience working in a global environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation and written communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Preferred Qualifications
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business Management or related discipline preferred.
- Experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Talent Acquisition Coordinator, or other Talent Acquisition role
