Full job description

We are looking for a creative and skilled Frontend Developer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance web applications using modern frontend technologies. You will collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and cross-functional teams to build visually appealing and interactive user interfaces while ensuring an excellent user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using modern frontend technologies.
Convert UI/UX designs into high-quality, pixel-perfect web pages.
Build reusable and scalable frontend components.
Collaborate with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs.
Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve frontend issues.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following coding standards.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.
Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and industry trends.

Technical Skills Required:

Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
Hands-on experience with React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
Good understanding of responsive web design principles.
Experience working with REST APIs and API integration.
Knowledge of Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or Material UI.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git/GitHub.
Basic understanding of browser developer tools and debugging techniques.
Knowledge of frontend build tools such as Webpack, Vite, or npm.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
1–2 years of hands-on Frontend Development experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality applications.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries.
Familiarity with Next.js or similar frontend frameworks.
Basic understanding of Node.js and backend integration.
Knowledge of UI/UX best practices and accessibility standards.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
