Full job description

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Account Manager (8 - 15 Years) on behalf of our premier client. As a pivotal Hunter and Account Manager, your mission is to spearhead new customer acquisition in the SAP ecosystem. You will architect and lead complex sales cycles, directly engaging C-Level executives to demonstrate. This is a pure quota-carrying role for a tenacious self-starter obsessed with winning and transforming enterprise landscapes.

Responsibilities

Hunter Focus & Pipeline Creation: Aggressively prospect, build, and manage a robust sales pipeline targeting net-new Enterprise Accounts. Drive the entire sales cycle from lead to closure.
Strategic Selling: Develop and execute a Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for your assigned region/segment. Sell the value of our SaaS/Cloud platform to Procurement, Finance, Sales, Distribution, and IT leadership.
C-Level Engagement: Consistently engage, influence, and build trusted relationships with C-Level executives (CFO, CPO, CIO, COO, CDO) to articulate compelling business cases and ROI.
Solution Selling Expertise: Master the FINESSART Platform's positioning. Translate complex product capabilities into simple, impactful value propositions addressing specific supply chain (upstream/downstream) and operational workflows.
Deal Leadership: Structure, negotiate, and close large, complex deals with a proven ability to grow opportunities into high-value, multi-million enterprise contracts.
Sales Collaboration: Qualify inbound leads and work strategically with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to fuel the top of the funnel through targeted outbound campaigns.

Ideal Candidate:

Experience: 8+ years of direct B2B enterprise software sales experience, with the most recent 5+ years dedicated strictly to SAP sales (services or licenses; any module).
Hunter Mindset: Proven end-to-end sales lifecycle experience (prospecting, pipeline building, consultation, negotiation, and closure) for net-new logos.
Quota Metrics: A documented history of exceeding individual annual quotas. Note: Individual targets and actual achievements must be clearly mentioned on your resume (team/regional numbers are not accepted).
Market Exposure: Direct experience selling to enterprise accounts within the domestic (India) market.
CXO Engagement: Proven track record of influencing senior executive-level decision-makers (CFO, CPO, CIO, COO, CDO).
Stability: Stable career tenure showing 2+ years per organization. No significant employment gaps in the most recent 3 years.
Education: Graduate in any discipline with an aggregate academic score of 60% or above.
Work Logistics: 100% Work from Office (5 days a week). Open to pan-India travel (tentatively 3 days a week, with no upper limit).
Exclusion: Candidates currently working at ICICI-backed companies are not eligible for this role.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working within a B2B SaaS product company environment.
Deep experience selling Procurement, Sales, Supply Chain, or Financial SaaS/Cloud solutions.
Solid understanding of upstream/downstream supply chain processes and related technology (CRM, DMS, CX).
