Job Title: Guest Relations Executive (GRE) & Service Training Lead

Mira’s is a premium bakery and café brand in New Delhi. We are based currently in Defence Colony, South Delhi.
Position Summary
The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle at Mira’s, including recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, attendance and payroll support, statutory compliance, employee relations, and exit formalities.
The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain smooth HR operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Hiring
- Manage end-to-end hiring for all departments, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offer discussions.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.

Onboarding and Joining Formalities
- Handle joining formalities for new employees, including documentation, offer letter issuance, verification, and induction.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires into the organization.
- Maintain complete employee records and HR files.
Training and Development
- Coordinate induction training and role-based training for new and existing employees.
- Work with department heads to identify training needs and support skill development initiatives.
- Track training completion and employee progress.
- Organise trainings from internal and external trainers.
Payroll and Attendance
- Support monthly payroll preparation by ensuring attendance, leave, overtime, deductions, and corrections are updated accurately.
- Coordinate with finance/accounts for timely salary processing.
- Maintain attendance records and employee leave data.
Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements, including PF, ESI, gratuity, professional tax, and other applicable regulations.
- Maintain and update compliance records and employee statutory documentation.
- Assist with filing, documentation, and audit readiness for all HR compliance matters.
Employee Engagement and Support
- Address employee queries related to policies, attendance, payroll, benefits, and HR processes.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive workplace environment.
- Assist in resolving basic employee concerns in coordination with management.
Exit and Full & Final Formalities
- Manage resignation, clearance, exit interviews, and full & final settlement processes.
- Ensure proper handover of assets, documentation, and exit records.
- Maintain accurate separation records for all exiting employees.
HR Administration
- Draft, update, and maintain HR policies, templates, letters, and internal records.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and sensitive company data.
- Support day-to-day HR administrative activities and reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate or postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in HR, preferably in hospitality, retail, or similar operational environments.
- Good knowledge of hiring, payroll support, PF, ESI, and HR compliance.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple responsibilities independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR record management.
