About Position:
We are looking for an experienced Strong Technical Lead – Full Stack to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python backend technologies, React.js frontend development, AWS cloud services, and microservices architecture. This role involves hands-on technical leadership, solution design, mentoring development teams, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality enterprise solutions.

What You'll Do:

Design, develop, and deliver scalable full-stack applications using Python (Fast API, Flask, Django) and React.js.

Lead the architecture and implementation of microservices-based and cloud-native solutions.

Develop, integrate, and maintain RESTful APIs and GraphQL services to support business applications.

Build and deploy solutions on AWS cloud using services such as EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, and API Gateway.

Implement containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.

Establish and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar DevOps tools.

Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and solution roadmaps.

Conduct code reviews, enforce engineering best practices, and ensure high-quality software delivery.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Strong proficiency in Python and backend frameworks such as Fast API, Flask, and Django.

Expertise in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), React Hooks, Redux, and modern frontend development practices.

Proven experience designing and developing microservices-based and distributed applications.

Hands-on experience building, integrating, and securing RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.

Strong experience with AWS cloud services including EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, and cloud-native application deployment.

Proficiency in containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar DevOps tools.

Strong knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and exposure to NoSQL database technologies.

Solid understanding of software design patterns, object-oriented programming, testing frameworks, debugging techniques, and performance optimization.

Experience with source control systems such as Git and collaborative development workflows.

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle best practices.

Proven ability to lead technical teams, mentor engineers, perform code reviews, and drive engineering excellence.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Clinical Research, or other regulated environments is highly desirable.

Knowledge of healthcare standards and regulations such as HIPAA, HL7, and FHIR will be an added advantage.

Exposure to AI/ML technologies, Generative AI, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn is preferred.
