Full job description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts & Social Media Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities while also supporting the company's digital presence through social media management. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with financial records as well as creating and publishing engaging online content.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance

Maintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping.
Generate sales invoices, quotations, and purchase orders.
Record receipts, payments, and bank transactions.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor outstanding payments.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Coordinate with the Chartered Accountant for GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
Prepare expense reports and maintain supporting documents.
Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
Maintain vendor and customer account records.
Generate monthly financial and MIS reports.

Social Media & Marketing

Manage company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, etc.).
Create, schedule, and publish social media posts.
Coordinate with designers and content writers for creatives.
Respond to messages and comments professionally.
Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
Assist in planning digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Update company websites, blogs, and marketing materials whenever required.
Research industry trends and suggest content ideas.

Required Skills

Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Experience with Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, or similar accounting software.
Good understanding of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools.
Basic graphic editing skills using Canva or similar tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in accounting and/or digital marketing.
Basic knowledge of GST and TDS compliance.
Experience with social media analytics is an added advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Accuracy and timeliness of accounting records.
Timely completion of invoicing and reconciliations.
GST/TDS documentation completed without delays.
Consistent social media posting schedule.
Growth in followers and engagement across platforms.
Timely preparation of monthly financial and social media reports.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
