Position Details: Work Mode: Onsite (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday) | Compensation: depending on talent | Experience Required: Minimum 5–6 years of corporate experience in at least one of Java Spring Boot, GoLang, or Elixir | Hiring Timeline: 15–30 Days.
Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software applications; write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices; collaborate with product managers, architects, QA engineers, and developers; participate in system design and technical planning; debug and resolve software defects and production issues; optimize application performance, scalability, and security; conduct code reviews; integrate third-party APIs and services; maintain technical documentation; stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strong communication and teamwork abilities; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in GoLang, Elixir, or Java Spring Boot; relevant technical certifications preferred; experience working on enterprise-level software projects.
