Experienced Special Educator (RCI Registered)
Location: Autism Alliance Pvt. Ltd. – Delhi | East of Kailash
Autism Alliance is a multicity, multicentre initiative focused on providing structured, collaborative, and parent-inclusive intervention for children with neurodevelopmental and special needs. As we continue expanding into multiple cities, we are looking for an experienced and committed Special Educator to join our team.
Position: Special Educator – Early Intervention
Location: East of Kailash, New Delhi
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Higher remuneration may be considered for exceptionally deserving and experienced candidates.
Eligibility
- RCI Registration – Mandatory
- Qualification: D.Ed. (Special Education), B.Ed. (Special Education), or M.Ed. (Special Education)
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience
- Preferably experienced in working with young children in the early-intervention age group
- Experience with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other neurodevelopmental conditions will be preferred.
- Strong skills in individualized intervention planning, goal setting, documentation, and parent collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured Special Education and remedial intervention sessions.
- Develop and implement individualized learning and intervention goals.
- Work collaboratively with Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Behaviour Therapists, Clinical Psychologists and parents.
- Maintain systematic session records, progress reports and intervention plans.
- Guide and involve parents in implementing appropriate strategies at home.
- Participate in team reviews, case discussions and professional development activities.
- Follow Autism Alliance's standardized therapy protocols and documentation systems.
Mandatory Training & Professional Development
Please note: Selected candidates may be required to undergo a mandatory on-the-job training period of 1–3 months at our Nodal Centre in Ludhiana before or during their placement in Delhi.
This is an integral part of Autism Alliance's expansion model. As a multicity, multicentre project, we are establishing standardized intervention protocols across locations. The training period is designed to ensure that our professionals are familiar with the Autism Alliance Model, therapy protocols, documentation practices, parent-training approach and collaborative working methodology, thereby maintaining consistency and quality across centres.
After successful completion of the training period, the candidate may be placed at their respective station, including Delhi – East of Kailash.
