Full job description

We are looking for a Full-Stack Software Developer to build and maintain internal web applications, business tools, dashboards, task-management systems, and API-driven applications.
You will work across both backend and frontend development, taking features from requirements through development, testing, debugging, and deployment.
This role is ideal for a developer who understands API development, database design, React-based frontend development, third-party integrations, and reusable software architecture.
We are especially looking for someone who can build systems that are scalable, maintainable, and reusable, rather than creating duplicate code for every new application.
Key Responsibilities

Develop internal web applications, dashboards, management systems, and business tools.
Build and maintain REST APIs and backend services.
Develop responsive frontend applications using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, Vite, and Tailwind CSS.
Integrate third-party APIs, webhooks, SaaS platforms, and internal services.
Work with databases such as PostgreSQL and write efficient SQL queries.
Design database tables, relationships, indexes, and data structures.
Build reusable backend services, APIs, utilities, frontend components, hooks, and modules.
Integrate systems with platforms such as Shopify, Google APIs, and other business applications.
Implement authentication, authorization, API keys, OAuth, validation, logging, and error handling.
Handle API pagination, rate limits, retries, webhooks, and integration failures.
Build dashboards, tables, filters, forms, task boards, modals, and management panels.
Debug and resolve frontend, backend, API, database, and production issues.
Understand existing codebases and extend them without unnecessarily rewriting working functionality.
Develop, test, deploy, and maintain applications end-to-end.
Identify opportunities to reduce code duplication and create reusable solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

Required Technical Skills
Backend

Strong experience with Python and/or Node.js
FastAPI, Express.js, or similar frameworks
REST API development and integration
Webhooks and third-party API integrations
Authentication and authorization
API security and error handling

Frontend

React
JavaScript / TypeScript
Vite
Tailwind CSS
HTML / CSS
Component-based development
API integration and frontend state management

Database

PostgreSQL
SQL
Database design and relationships
CRUD operations
Query optimization
ORM experience such as SQLAlchemy or Prisma is a plus

Development & Infrastructure

Git / GitHub

Environment variables and secrets management
Basic deployment and server knowledge

Reusability & Architecture
A major part of this role is writing reusable and maintainable code.
For example, if multiple internal applications require the same Shopify or Google API integration, you should be able to identify the common functionality and create a reusable API service rather than developing the integration separately for every application.
Similarly, common frontend elements such as:

Tables
Filters
Forms
Modals
Pagination
Task cards
Dashboards
Data views

should be developed as reusable components wherever practical.
You should be comfortable asking:

Can an existing API or service be reused?
Should this functionality become a common module?
Can this component be reused across applications?
How should the API be structured for future applications?
How should the database be designed for scalability?
How can we avoid duplicating the same business logic?

Nice to Have

Experience building internal business applications.
Shopify API experience.
Google API integration experience.
GraphQL experience.
OAuth and authentication systems.
Background jobs and scheduled tasks.
Docker and Linux server experience.
AI API or AI-powered application development.
Experience building CRM, ERP, admin panels, dashboards, task-management systems, or workflow tools.
Experience with e-commerce platforms and business automation.

Experience
1–3 years of professional software development experience preferred.
Candidates with less experience may also be considered if they have strong practical full-stack development skills, relevant projects, internships, or demonstrable experience building real-world applications.

Mohali, Punjab — Work From Office
This is an onsite, full-time position. Candidates should be comfortable working from our Mohali office.
