Full job description

As a Human Resources fresher for our ACSaaS software company, you will play a pivotal role in managing the HR functions to support our dynamic team of professionals. You'll be responsible for implementing HR policies and procedures, managing recruitment processes, fostering employee relations, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Your goal will be to create an inclusive and supportive work environment that promotes employee engagement and enables our company to achieve its strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Onboarding:

· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding of new hires.

· Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

· Coordinate orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, procedures, and culture.

2. HR Administration:

· Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.

· Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and employee assistance programs.

· Handle employee inquiries and concerns regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll matters.

3. Employee Relations:

· Foster positive employee relations by addressing employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues in a fair and timely manner.

· Promote open communication and collaboration across departments to enhance employee engagement and morale.

· Organize team-building activities and events to strengthen relationships and promote a positive work culture.

4. Performance Management:

· Support the performance management process by assisting managers in setting goals, conducting performance evaluations, and providing feedback to employees.

· Identify training and development needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

· HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

Pay: From ₹4,000.00 per month
