Full job description

We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and organized Office Boy / Administrative Assistant to help maintain daily operations at Neotokyo. The primary focus of this role will be handling the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process for PC hardware and components, alongside providing dedicated, day-to-day support to our department heads. The ideal candidate is proactive, possesses basic computer skills, and is ready to help out wherever needed to ensure our workspace runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

1. RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Management

* Process Returns: Securely pack and label defective or incorrect PC components for return shipping to vendors or manufacturers.

* Tracking & Coordination: Drop off packages at courier services, track shipping statuses, and maintain a basic log of all sent and received RMA items.

* Inventory Assistance: Help the team keep track of replacement hardware as it arrives.

2. Department Head Assistance

* Daily Support: Run office errands for department heads, such as delivering documents between teams, making photocopies, or organizing paperwork.

* Meeting Prep: Assist in setting up meeting spaces, arranging chairs, and ensuring supplies are ready for team discussions.

3. General Office Duties

* Workspace Maintenance: Ensure that common areas, desks, and meeting rooms are kept tidy and organized.

* Stationery & Supplies: Monitor basic office supplies and notify management when items need to be restocked.

* Mail & Deliveries: Receive incoming couriers, sort mail, and distribute packages to the correct staff members.

Requirements & Qualifications

Details

Education High School Diploma (10th or 12th pass preferred).

Experience Fresher or 1-2 years of experience in an office boy, peon, or basic admin role.

Skills Basic computer knowledge (helpful for RMA tracking), basic English and Malayalam communication.

Attributes Highly reliable, punctual, honest, and physically capable of lifting and moving small to medium boxes of PC components.
