URGENT REQUIREMENT – RECEPTIONIST / FRONT DESK EXECUTIVE

Job Location: ARSI Medical Centre, Near Ek Murti Chowk, Techzone IV, Greater Noida West, Uttar Pradesh – 201301

Pay: From ₹9,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time

ARSI Medical Centre is looking for a polite, organised and responsible Receptionist / Front Desk Executive to manage patient enquiries and support the smooth day-to-day functioning of the medical centre.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage patient registration and appointment scheduling.
Answer telephone calls and respond to routine patient enquiries.
Coordinate appointments and communicate with doctors, nursing staff and other team members.
Maintain patient records and basic administrative documentation.
Assist with billing, receipts and other front-desk responsibilities as required.
Help ensure that the reception and waiting areas remain organised.
Provide basic administrative support to the medical centre.

Eligibility & Qualifications

Minimum 12th pass; graduates are preferred.
Basic computer knowledge is required.
Familiarity with email, MS Office and basic data entry preferred.
Good communication skills in Hindi; working knowledge of English preferred.
Polite, organised and patient-friendly attitude.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a healthcare environment.

Work Schedule

Full-time duty according to the hospital roster.
