Job Summary:
The Office Boy / Office Assistant is responsible for ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of the office premises, serving beverages to employees and visitors, and providing general administrative support to facilitate smooth day-to-day office operations.

Role & responsibilities

· Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and other refreshments to employees and visitors in a timely manner.

· Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of office areas including workstations, cabins, meeting rooms, pantry, washrooms, and common areas.

· Ensure pantry and housekeeping supplies are adequately stocked and inform the Admin/HR for replenishment.

· Assist in handling internal document movement, photocopying, filing, and other basic office support tasks.

· Open and close the office premises as per assigned schedule and ensure proper upkeep.

· Dispose of waste regularly and maintain proper sanitation standards.

· Report any maintenance, repair, or cleanliness issues to the Admin/HR department promptly.

· Ability to support administrative and office operations

· Awareness of hygiene, safety, and workplace discipline

· Responsible for cleaning and maintaining washrooms and ensuring proper hygiene standards.

· Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain cleanliness of office premises.

· Maintain pantry, utility areas, and office common areas in clean and orderly condition.

· Ensure proper disposal of waste in accordance with company hygiene standards.

· Provide housekeeping and support assistance at the Managing Director’s residence, as assigned.

· Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of designated residential areas.

Requirements:

· Minimum basic education preferred.

· Prior experience in office assistance, housekeeping, or similar role is an advantage.

· Punctual, reliable, and disciplined.

· Polite behavior and ability to follow instructions.

· Ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times.
