Job Description: Client Servicing Intern

About Kaizen Infotech Solutions Kaizen Infotech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a mobile app and custom software development company with a 30-year legacy, serving clients across corporate, government/PSU, Rotary, and community sectors. We build platforms ranging from healthcare and elder-care apps to government citizen-service portals and large-scale community engagement systems.

Role Overview We are looking for a creative and client-friendly Client Servicing Intern to support our client relationship function. This role blends client communication with hands-on creative and onboarding work — you'll help design social media content, guide clients through onboarding onto our apps/platforms, and handle basic client queries. It's a great opportunity to gain well-rounded exposure across client servicing, digital content, and product onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

Design creative social media posts, banners, and content for Kaizen and client-facing platforms (using tools like Canva or similar).
Assist in planning and scheduling social media content in coordination with the marketing/design team.
Support client onboarding onto Kaizen's mobile apps/platforms — guiding clients through setup, registration, and basic feature walkthroughs.
Handle basic client queries via call, email, or chat, and escalate complex issues to the relevant internal team.
Maintain regular communication with clients regarding onboarding status, updates, and follow-ups.
Help track client requests, feedback, and resolutions to ensure timely closure.
Coordinate with internal project and development teams to relay client requirements accurately.
Assist in preparing simple client-facing documents, onboarding guides, and status updates.
Maintain client records and update trackers/CRM with accurate, current information.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, Design, or related field.
Basic creative/design skills — familiarity with Canva, Instagram/Facebook content formats, or similar tools.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills with a client-friendly, patient, and professional attitude.
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Comfortable using mobile apps and explaining basic app features/navigation to non-technical users.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and follow up diligently.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

Good to Have

A portfolio or samples of social media creatives/design work.
Prior internship experience in client servicing, social media, or app support.
Basic understanding of the software/IT services industry.
