Role Overview

We are looking for a Community Head / Manager who will take ownership of Comprint Tech Solutions’ customer community, database engagement, B2B marketplace platforms, and internal ERP coordination.

The role will focus on effectively segmenting and engaging customers, reactivating old accounts, managing targeted communication campaigns, and ensuring incoming business opportunities are followed through efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Community & Database Management

Manage the company’s overall customer community and engagement activities.
Segment customers into different tiers based on business potential, purchase history, engagement, and other relevant parameters.
Categorize customers based on product requirements such as Endpoints, Servers, Networking, Storage, and other IT infrastructure solutions.
Plan targeted and retargeting campaigns for different customer segments.
Develop strategies to reactivate dormant and old customers.
Maintain an organized and updated customer database for effective communication and follow ups.

WhatsApp & Email Marketing

Plan and execute targeted WhatsApp and Email Marketing campaigns.
Create different communication strategies for different customer tiers and product categories.
Track campaign responses, engagement, leads, and opportunities generated.
Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams for campaign execution.

B2B Marketplace Management

Manage Comprint Tech Solutions’ presence across platforms such as:

IndiaMART | TradeIndia | Justdial

Responsibilities will include:

Managing incoming leads end to end.
Coordinating relevant leads with the respective Account Managers and sales team.
Monitoring lead quality and ensuring timely follow ups.
Updating company listings, product information, and categories.
Reviewing and refreshing keywords approximately every three months to improve visibility and lead generation.
Tracking marketplace performance and identifying opportunities to improve enquiries and conversions.

ERP Coordination

Oversee day to day coordination related to the company’s ERP platform.
Ensure the sales team is able to use the ERP smoothly and efficiently.
Identify and coordinate resolution of issues faced by users on the platform.
Work with relevant internal or technical teams to resolve ERP related problems.
Encourage proper usage and adoption of the ERP system across the sales team.

Skills & Requirements

Strong understanding of customer segmentation, CRM, community management, and database marketing.
Hands on knowledge of WhatsApp Marketing and Email Marketing.
Experience managing B2B marketplaces such as IndiaMART, TradeIndia, or Justdial.
Comfortable working with CRM / ERP systems.
Strong coordination and follow up skills.
Good understanding of B2B sales processes and customer lifecycle management.
Ability to analyse customer databases and create targeted engagement strategies.
Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Profile

2–5 years of experience in Community Management, CRM, Customer Engagement, B2B Marketing, Inside Sales Operations, or a similar role.
Previous experience in IT, technology, enterprise hardware, or B2B businesses will be preferred.
Someone who is proactive, highly organized, data driven, and comfortable coordinating across sales, marketing, account management, and technical teams.
