Full job description

We are strictly looking for Engineering background candidates only.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination

Plan, track, and coordinate project execution from order receipt to completion.
Monitor project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Stores, Service, and Engineering teams for timely execution.
Follow up on pending activities and proactively highlight delays or issues.

Client & Service Coordination

Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate installations, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and breakdown services.
Assign and monitor service requests and ensure timely closure.
Coordinate customer visits, meetings, and site activities.
Ensure proper hospitality and arrangements for visiting clients, including accommodation, transportation, meals, and local coordination.

Resource & Travel Planning

Prepare daily and weekly deployment plans for service engineers.
Plan and coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics for service personnel.
Handle ticket booking, travel itineraries, and other arrangements for engineers and management.
Prepare daily production work schedules and follow up on execution.

Documentation & Reporting

Prepare and maintain project files, service reports, operation manuals, and other required documentation.
Create and maintain project trackers, databases, and MIS reports.
Draft meeting agendas and Minutes of Meeting (MoM), and track action items.
Maintain organized records and ensure proper document control.

Commercial & Administrative Coordination

Prepare invoices, bills, challans, work orders, and other commercial documents as required.
Coordinate with customers for payment follow-ups and outstanding collections.
Coordinate with Accounts, Sales, and Project teams regarding billing and payment status.
Maintain records of project-related expenses, service expenses, and supporting documents.

Communication

Draft professional emails and business correspondence.
Coordinate with customers, vendors, service personnel, and internal teams for timely updates.
Escalate project, service, commercial, or customer-related issues to management when required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electronics / Electrical preferred).
0–2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, manufacturing, service management, or a related field.
Fresh graduates with strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
