TAX - ITTS - Transfer Pricing :

We have competencies in Business Tax Services, Global Compliance and Reporting, Global Law, Indirect Tax, International Tax and Transaction Services.

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

Strong expertise in transfer pricing concepts, including local files, master files, statutory filings, and OECD-aligned documentation requirements. Hands-on experience in functional interviews, FAR analysis, and assessing intercompany transactions, agreements, financial data, and TP policies. Proficient in performing benchmarking studies, economic analyses, and selecting appropriate transfer pricing methods for complex engagements. Capability to support APA, MAP, transfer pricing audits, litigation matters, and prepare technical submissions, responses, and client presentations. Experienced in reviewing junior outputs, monitoring engagement delivery, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and firm risk-management standards.
