Full job description

Key Responsibilities

Identify, appoint, and develop new Dealers, Distributors, and Channel Partners within the assigned territory.
Conduct market surveys to identify untapped business opportunities and expansion areas.
Generate B2B sales through dealer, distributor, institutional, and project channels.
Recruit, train, guide, and monitor Sales Executives to achieve territory sales targets.
Allocate sales territories and daily market visit plans for Sales Executives.
Accompany Sales Executives on field visits to identify and close new business opportunities.
Ensure effective dealer onboarding, documentation, and account activation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Dealers, Distributors, Retailers, and Key Customers.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and collection targets.
Drive primary and secondary sales across the assigned territory.
Increase product visibility, market share, and brand presence.
Conduct dealer meetings, product demonstrations, and business presentations.
Monitor distributor inventory levels and ensure product availability.
Plan and execute sales promotions, retailer engagement programs, and market activities.
Identify new retailers through distributor networks and support market expansion.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and product launches.
Resolve dealer, distributor, and customer complaints promptly.
Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Accounts, and Customer Support teams.
Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy outstanding balances.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, market feedback, and business forecasts.
Maintain accurate records of dealer visits, meetings, and business opportunities in the CRM.
Ensure Sales Executives achieve daily visit targets, lead generation, and reporting.
Coach and motivate the sales team to improve productivity and performance.
Conduct regular performance reviews of Sales Executives and recommend improvements.
Ensure compliance with company sales policies, pricing, and business ethics.
Identify large institutional, OEM, contractor, and project business opportunities.
Develop business plans to increase revenue and profitability within the assigned territory.
Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, dealer meets, and industry events.
Travel extensively within the assigned territory to strengthen channel relationships.
Perform any additional sales and business development responsibilities assigned by management.

Preferred Experience

3–10+ years of B2B Channel Sales experience.
Experience in Electrical, Electronics, Consumer Durables, FMCG, Building Materials, Industrial Products, or related industries.
Strong Dealer & Distributor Network Development experience.
Proven experience managing Sales Executives and field sales teams.
Excellent negotiation, communication, leadership, and territory management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
