About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Associate Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for our school and drive brand visibility, student enquiries, admissions, parent engagement, and community outreach.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in school/education marketing, events, BTL activities, team management, lead generation, and local market activation. The candidate should be capable of independently planning and executing marketing strategies that support the school's admission and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
School Marketing & Admissions
Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with the school's admission and enrolment targets.
Plan and implement campaigns to generate quality student enquiries and admission leads.
Identify key catchment areas and develop targeted marketing plans to increase school visibility and admissions.
Work closely with the Admissions, Principal, and School teams to align marketing activities with admission priorities.
Analyse enquiry and admission data to understand campaign effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
Events & Outreach
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of school open houses, parent events, education fairs, workshops, exhibitions, community events, and admission drives.
Plan and execute BTL activities in residential societies, corporates, activity centres, communities, and other relevant locations.
Build partnerships with local communities, corporates, preschools, activity centres, and other organisations to increase school outreach.
Manage vendors, agencies, event partners, logistics, budgets, branding, and on-ground execution.
Ensure all school events and activations reflect the school's brand and positioning.
Team Management
Lead, manage, and mentor the marketing/events team.
Allocate responsibilities and ensure timely execution of campaigns and events.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and support.
Ensure effective coordination between Marketing, Admissions, Academics, and Operations teams.
Brand & Campaign Management
Develop and execute online and offline marketing campaigns to strengthen the school's brand presence.
Work with creative and digital teams on school campaigns, social media content, brochures, promotional material, and other communication.
Identify new marketing channels and opportunities to reach prospective parents.
Ensure consistent communication of the school's curriculum, facilities, learning approach, activities, and key differentiators.
Reporting & Performance
Track marketing leads, enquiries, event participation, conversion rates, and admission contribution.
Prepare regular reports on campaign and event performance.
Monitor marketing budgets and ensure optimum utilisation.
Use data and market insights to improve future marketing initiatives.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timelines and quality are maintained.
Requirements
4–6 years of relevant experience in School Marketing, Education Marketing, Marketing, Event Management, BTL, Brand Activation, or a related field.
Prior experience in school/education marketing and admissions will be strongly preferred.
Proven experience in independently managing events, campaigns, BTL activities, and marketing projects.
Experience in team handling and vendor management is mandatory.
Strong understanding of lead generation, local-area marketing, parent outreach, and admissions funnels.
Excellent communication, negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
Strong project management and execution capabilities.
Ability to work with multiple teams and manage tight timelines.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Proactive, organised, creative, and target-oriented approach.
Comfortable with extensive on-ground activity for school marketing and events.
Freshers and candidates without relevant experience will not be considered.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
