About Us:
Sri Landstar Properties is a fast-growing real estate firm specializing in premium property developments and layout promotions. We believe in building strong client relationships through trust, transparency, and direct engagement. We’re looking for a Sales Executive (Direct Marketing) who is energetic, self-driven, and passionate about sales and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct direct sales and marketing activities for our real estate projects.
Build and maintain a database of potential buyers through fieldwork and local networking.
Bring clients for site visits and assist them through the sales journey.
Engage in door-to-door marketing — distributing brochures, explaining property details, and convincing potential customers to visit the site.
Train and manage field sales teams, ensuring productivity and accountability.
Collaborate with management on sales strategies and target achievements.
Ensure excellent customer communication, follow-up, and relationship management.

Requirements:

2–3 years of proven experience in real estate sales (mandatory).
Must be well-versed with the local area and surroundings.
Proven sales acumen and ability to lead and motivate teams.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Valid two/four-wheeler license (mandatory for field travel).
Willingness to work on the field and engage directly with potential clients.
Prior experience in real estate or direct marketing is an added advantage.
