Timings : 9: 30 am to 6: 30 pm

Job Description

We are looking for an Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations for our interior design and contracting business.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in Tally, GST, TDS, invoicing, vendor payments, client collections, and project-wise accounting. Experience in an interior, construction, architecture, or contracting company will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/Tally Prime.
Handle accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare client invoices and track project-wise billing.
Maintain vendor, client, bank, and cash ledgers.
Verify purchase bills, vendor invoices, expenses, and payment documents.
Track project-wise expenses, material costs, labour/contractor payments, and profitability.
Follow up on client outstanding payments.
Process vendor and contractor payments.
Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
Manage GST and TDS records and support timely statutory compliance.
Prepare monthly financial reports, including P&L and outstanding reports.
Maintain proper accounting records and documents for audit purposes.
Coordinate with project, procurement, and management teams regarding billing and expenses.
Assist management with cash-flow planning and project cost tracking.

Requirements

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification.
2–5 years of accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of Tally/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Good knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, reconciliation, and taxation.
Experience with project-based accounting is preferred.
Interior/construction industry experience will be an added advantage.
Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Moosapet, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Bachelor's (Preferred)

License/Certification:

CA-Inter (Preferred)
