Where is the work:
On-Site (5 days)
What will you do:
You will support the commissioning, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of chiller and HVAC systems. Responsibilities include:
- Commissioning of chillers and HVAC systems.
- Repairing all types of HVAC equipment.
- Conducting customer follow-ups and participating in scheduled meetings.
- Coordinating with the Service Coordinator for movement planning and parts requirements.
- Leading weekly team meetings on safety, site audits, and backlog status.
- Updating the Service Manager and Coordinator with monthly plans.
- Attending and handling complaints for all models of chillers and low-side equipment.
- Performing timely PPM for chillers according to company SOP.
- Conducting RCA for failures and sharing findings with the Quality team and FFL.
- Ensuring adherence to Trane’s EHS guidelines.
- Handling all customer service requirements professionally.
- Generating leads during service visits.
- Ensuring smooth, timely, and high-quality completion of all service tasks.
- Providing daily reports to the office and ASM.
- Sharing service reports with the deployer along with parts requirements.
- Maintaining a valid driving license for 2-wheeler/4-wheeler.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and vehicle audit requirements.
- Using MS Office, Internet, and email tools for reporting and documentation.
What you will bring: (Skills & Competencies)
- Strong technical knowledge of chillers and HVAC systems.
- Practical hands-on experience in chiller commissioning, repairs, and services.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with service teams.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, email, and basic internet usage.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
