We are looking for an experienced IT Support / Infrastructure Engineer with 4–5 years of experience in hardware, networking, and IT infrastructure support. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting IT systems across stores and office locations, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support for hardware, networking, POS, printers, biometric devices, and other IT peripherals.
* Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and firewall infrastructure.
* Handle day-to-day IT issues related to desktops, laptops, network connectivity, printers, and POS systems.
* Support IT infrastructure setup and deployment for new stores and office locations.
* Perform installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT equipment.
* Coordinate with vendors, ISPs, and service providers for hardware, networking, and site-related issues.
* Provide on-site/site support and ensure timely resolution of technical problems.
* Maintain IT asset records, equipment documentation, and service-related reports.
* Monitor infrastructure performance and ensure minimum downtime.
* Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal teams or vendors.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* 4–5 years of relevant experience in IT Support / IT Infrastructure / Network Support.
* Strong knowledge of Hardware & Networking.
* Good understanding of LAN/WAN, Router, Switch, Wi-Fi, and Firewall.
* Hands-on experience in troubleshooting Hardware, POS, Printer, and Biometric systems.
* Experience in Store/Office IT Infrastructure setup and support.
* Strong vendor coordination and site support experience.
* Good troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
