Job Overview
Orogoo is looking for an experienced AI / Agentic Solution Architect to lead the architecture and design of an enterprise-grade, AI-powered Customer Self-Service Platform.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agentic AI, LLMs, AI agents, MCP, tool calling, enterprise API integration, workflow orchestration, and cloud-native architecture. You will be responsible for designing scalable AI solutions that integrate with enterprise platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and other business systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design scalable and secure AI and Agentic Architecture for enterprise customer self-service platforms.
- Design conversational and task-oriented AI agent architectures.
- Define architecture patterns for MCP, tool calling, API integration, orchestration, and intelligent workflows.
- Design context management, memory, human-in-the-loop, and multi-agent strategies.
- Architect AI-driven customer journeys including:
- Customer onboarding
- Service requests
- Troubleshooting
- Product lifecycle management
- Subscription and consumption management
- Integrate AI solutions with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and other enterprise platforms.
- Design REST, OData, event-driven, and enterprise integration architectures.
- Define security, authentication, authorization, and customer-specific data boundaries.
- Establish AI governance, guardrails, observability, evaluation, monitoring, and auditability.
- Design RAG and context-engineering strategies for enterprise AI applications.
- Lead AI solutions from prototype/PoC through production deployment.
- Define reusable AI platform capabilities, architecture standards, and design patterns.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, security, data, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, AI Architecture, Software Architecture, or a related technical role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI.
- Experience designing AI agents and multi-agent systems.
- Strong understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and tool calling.
- Experience with AI agent orchestration and workflow frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and context engineering.
- Experience with Conversational AI and customer-facing AI solutions.
- Strong experience with REST APIs, OData, event-driven architecture, and enterprise integration.
- Experience with SAP BTP and enterprise SAP integration.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture and distributed systems.
- Experience designing identity, authentication, authorization, data isolation, and security for enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI, guardrails, evaluation, observability, and auditability.
- Strong architectural documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
