Digital Marketing Executive

Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 1+ Year
Location: Hyderabad
Work Mode: On-site
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM IST
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Saturday Off: 2nd & 4th Saturday of every month
Experience Level: 1+ years

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with at least 1 year of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, and online campaign management.

The candidate should be proactive, creative, analytical, and capable of managing digital marketing activities independently while working closely with the team to achieve business and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, website traffic, leads, and engagement.
Plan, implement, and manage SEO activities, including on-page and off-page SEO.
Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities to improve organic search rankings.
Optimise website content, landing pages, meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, and other SEO elements.
Manage and grow social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and other relevant channels.
Create and coordinate engaging social media content, posts, campaigns, and promotional activities.
Assist in planning and executing Google Ads, social media advertising, and other paid campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports using relevant analytics and marketing tools.
Analyse website traffic, keyword rankings, engagement, conversions, and other important marketing metrics.
Perform competitor research and identify new digital marketing opportunities.
Coordinate with content writers, graphic designers, web developers, and other team members when required.
Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, social media trends, and digital marketing best practices.
Support content marketing, email marketing, lead-generation, and online brand-building activities.
Ensure all digital marketing activities follow best practices and contribute to overall business goals.

Required Skills

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
Good understanding of SEO and keyword research.
Knowledge of On-Page SEO and Off-Page SEO.
Experience managing social media platforms.
Basic understanding of Google Analytics / GA4 and Google Search Console.
Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads is an advantage.
Good understanding of website content optimisation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Creative thinking with a strong understanding of digital marketing trends.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Candidates with a recognised Digital Marketing certification will be preferred.
Experience working with WordPress and SEO tools will be an added advantage.
