We are seeking your sourcing support for open positions at in Bangalore. To achieve the sales targets by engaging with the customers, explaining the offerings from the brand, assisting them in choosing the desired product and completing the sales transaction
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Administration: Manage opening/closing procedures, daily financial reports, cash handling, and inventory audits.
Sales & Performance: Drive store performance to meet or exceed sales, conversion, and average order value targets.
Customer Experience: Deliver high-quality service, resolve customer complaints, and ensure technical accuracy in dispensing eyewear.
Staff Management & Training: Hire, train, schedule, and mentor staff on optical products, sales techniques, and customer service.
Inventory & Technical Control: Manage stock levels, order frames/lenses, and supervise the fitting, adjusting, and dispensing of eyewear.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: 7- 10 years of retail store management experience, specifically within an optical or eyewear retail environment.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of optical products, including lens materials, coatings, frames, and contact lenses.
Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team, along with clear verbal and written communication.
Proactive & Organized: Ability to multitask, manage inventory, and maintain high visual merchandising standards.
Salary:
5–8 Years - ₹31,000 – ₹43,000 (based on experience)
9–10 Years - ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 (based on experience)
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
