Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and energetic Content Creator who can transform ideas around AI, technology, careers, and the Drytis ecosystem into engaging content for social media and digital platforms.
The ideal candidate should be able to create content that captures attention, communicates ideas clearly, and helps grow the Drytis community.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, X, and other digital platforms
- Develop short-form videos, Reels, carousels, posts, graphics, and educational content
- Create content around AI, Generative AI, Vibe Coding, technology, careers, and developer trends
- Research trending topics and convert them into relevant content
- Write creative hooks, captions, scripts, and storytelling content
- Collaborate with recruitment, marketing, and product teams
- Maintain consistency with Drytis brand voice and visual identity
- Experiment with new content formats and trends to improve engagement
- Review content performance and suggest improvements
Requirements
- Strong creativity and storytelling skills
- Good understanding of social media trends and content formats
- Ability to independently create content from an idea or brief
- Strong written communication skills
- Basic understanding of AI and technology is preferred
- Experience with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, ChatGPT, or other AI content creation tools
- Ability to create AI-assisted content is an advantage
- Previous content creation portfolio is preferred

Compensation
Freelance, project-based compensation.
Compensation will depend on experience, content quality, scope of work, and project requirements.
