Let’s Design is an architecture and interior design firm delivering residential and commercial projects across Hyderabad.
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Operations Manager with 8–12 years of relevant experience to take ownership of day-to-day business and project operations.
This is a senior execution and management position.
The ideal candidate will bring structure, accountability and predictability to the organization while ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, to the required quality standards, and with a high level of client satisfaction.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
To ensure that Let’s Design's projects and internal operations run efficiently, profitably and predictably.
The Operations Manager will coordinate across: Management → Design → Procurement → Vendors → Site Teams → Clients → Accounts → Sales and ensure that commitments made by the organization are actually delivered.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Project Operations: Establish project execution schedules, monitor milestones, coordinate teams, track timelines, identify delays, conduct weekly reviews, escalate issues, ensure drawing/specification compliance, coordinate office-site teams, and systematic handover.
2. Project Planning & Scheduling: Create and maintain schedules across design, approvals, BOQ, procurement, ordering, manufacturing, delivery, installation, civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, modular works, furniture, lighting, finishing, snagging, handover. Track planned vs actual, delays, reasons, corrective actions.
3. Site Operations: Monitor manpower, contractors/subcontractors, schedule adherence, material availability, site constraints, bottlenecks, safety, housekeeping, workmanship, inspections, snag closure, and documentation.
4. Procurement & Vendor Management: Vendor identification/evaluation, negotiations, PO coordination, material planning, delivery tracking, performance monitoring, rate negotiation, quality checks, payment coordination, dispute resolution, approved vendor lists.
5. Cost Control: Monitor approved BOQ, POs, material/labour/vendor costs, variations, wastage, rework, additional client requirements, project profitability; identify overruns early.
6. People Management: Manage project managers, site supervisors, designers, procurement/store personnel, contractors, vendors, support staff; define responsibilities, accountability, reviews, productivity, conflict resolution, manpower gaps.
7. SOPs: Build/improve SOPs from sales handover through client closure.
8. Internal Coordination: Central coordination across Sales → Design → Procurement → Execution → Accounts → Client.
9. Client Coordination: Resolve delays, material changes, site issues, quality concerns, execution challenges, scope changes, handover, snagging.
10. Quality Control: Establish checkpoints and implement inspection → rectification → reinspection → approval.
11. Technology & Reporting: Ensure digital capture via project tools/CRM/ERP/Google Workspace/Sheets/ procurement systems/WhatsApp groups and weekly reporting.
12. Management Reporting: Prepare weekly Operations Dashboard.
13. Business Process Improvement: Identify gaps and implement solutions.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
Experience: 8–12 years of relevant experience, preferably in interior design, architecture, design & build, construction, real estate, hospitality projects, turnkey contracting, project management.

SALARY STRUCTURE
Candidate Level 1 (Strong 8–10 years): ₹8–12 lakh CTC/year
Candidate Level 2 (Strong 10–12 years): ₹10–16 lakh CTC/year.
Candidate Level 3 (Exceptional): higher package based on demonstrated responsibility and results.
PERFORMANCE BONUS
Annual variable component: 10–20% of annual fixed salary linked to measurable operational performance.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
