About the Role
Skypoint is looking for a proactive, organized, and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Operations Intern to support our sales, marketing, lead management, and event activities.
This is a hands-on internship where you will gain practical exposure to CRM operations, lead management, sales coordination, marketing campaigns, client communication, social media, and event management. You will work closely with different teams and contribute to real business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, clean, and regularly update lead and customer data in HubSpot CRM.
Manage incoming leads from the Skypoint website, events, campaigns, and other channels.
Track leads and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects and clients.
Schedule client calls, product demos, and follow-up meetings.
Support day-to-day sales operations, pipeline tracking, and client coordination.
Assist with email outreach and follow-up campaigns for prospects and leads.
Support social media and branding activities, including LinkedIn posts, campaigns, and marketing content.
Assist in planning and coordinating Skypoint events, webinars, conferences, and industry events.
Manage event invitations, registrations, attendee communication, and post-event follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams, prospects, clients, partners, and external vendors as required.
Take ownership of assigned operational tasks and ensure timely completion.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's/Master's student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable communicating with prospects, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn, Canva, or similar tools is an advantage.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
Comfortable learning new tools, including AI-powered sales and marketing technologies.
