Job Purpose
As a Specialist within the Contracts Team of the Rights and Royalties Department, you will assume a pivotal role in driving the operational excellence and strategic direction of our team. Building upon your extensive experience and specialized skills, you will lead the comprehensive review and analysis of pre-drafted and signed agreements, with a focus on those of High Profile authors and complex agreements.

Responsibilities:
Agreement Specific:
Conduct secondary reviews of agreements processed by B1, ensuring accuracy and compliance with guidelines.
Review pre-drafted agreements and ensure compliance with operational standards and oversee accurate indexing of paperwork.
SLA and Controls:
Ensure data integrity and accuracy across operational regions.=
Evaluate risks associated with contract agreements and mitigate operational risks by utilizing past experiences and industry knowledge.
Adapt to new situations and uncertainties, actively seeking information to understand change reasons and adjusting strategies to address challenges effectively.
Data Maintenance:
Enter contract and financial data accurately into trackers.
Oversee the governance of data trackers.
Coordination:
Serve as the first point of contact for B1 and B2 queries, handling author queries through OneCRM.
Manage queries independently and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Foster collaboration within the Contracts Team and wider rights and royalties department.
Stakeholder Management:
Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, negotiating within specified boundaries and building relationships across departments.

Qualifications :
