CLYZO is a fast-growing Pharma B2B platform backed by 14+ years of industry expertise, helping pharmaceutical companies with reliable sourcing, manufacturing support, and supply chain solutions.

We are building a high-performance, entrepreneurial organization where ownership, innovation, and execution drive growth.

As a manager – International Business & Market Expansion, you will play a pivotal role in building CLYZO’s international business for its Specialty Chemicals portfolio.

This role goes beyond export sales—you will be responsible for identifying international opportunities, developing markets, launching products, building distributor and customer networks, and driving revenue growth across global markets.

You will work closely with the Director and cross-functional teams to develop and execute CLYZO’s international expansion strategy.

Key Responsibilities

International Business Development

Develop international sales strategies for Specialty Chemicals.
Identify target markets, customers, distributors, and partners.
Generate and convert export enquiries into business.
Build and manage a strong international customer pipeline.
Drive market expansion and new business opportunities.

International Product Launch & Market Expansion

Plan and execute international product launches.
Identify market opportunities, competition, pricing, and regulatory requirements.
Develop market-entry strategies for new countries.
Drive product expansion and market penetration across international markets.

Export Sales & Commercial Operations

Manage the end-to-end export sales cycle from enquiry to payment.
Handle quotations, pricing, negotiations, and customer relationships.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Logistics, Regulatory, and Finance for order execution.
Ensure timely export documentation, shipments, and receivables.

Market Intelligence & Strategy

Research international markets, competitors, pricing, and regulations.
Identify high-potential markets and product opportunities.
Develop market-wise business and expansion strategies.
Track market trends, sales performance, and growth opportunities.

Distributor & Partner Management

Identify and develop international distributors, agents, and channel partners.
Build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships.
Set and monitor distributor targets and performance.
Drive partner growth and corrective actions where required.

Business Targets & Leadership

Own international sales, revenue, and business targets.
Drive export processes and cross-functional execution.
Represent CLYZO at international exhibitions and customer meetings.
Prepare business forecasts, reports, and market updates.
Work closely with the Director on global expansion initiatives.

Who We're Looking For

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or Business.
3–8 years’ experience in International Business, Export Sales, Pharma B2B, or Specialty Chemicals.
Mandatory understanding of APIs, excipients, pharma raw materials, or specialty chemicals.
Experience in international sales, distributor development, and market expansion preferred.
Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
Proficient in CRM, ERP, and MS Excel.
Strong ownership and execution mindset suited to a fast-paced environment.
Team management experience is an advantage.
Preferred Age: 32–40 years

We are looking for someone who is commercially driven, entrepreneurial, and execution-oriented—someone who can identify an international opportunity and take it from market research → product selection → market launch → customer acquisition → order conversion → repeat business.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you will work closely with the Director and have the opportunity to shape CLYZO's international business strategy and global presence.
