HR Intern – Talent Acquisition & IT Staffing
Company: Capticks
Job Type: Paid Internship
Work Mode: Remote
Experience: 0–6 months
Stipend: ₹5,000/month + Performance Bonus
About the Role
Capticks is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern – Talent Acquisition & IT Staffing to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who wants practical exposure to recruitment, HR operations, technical hiring, and IT staff augmentation.
You will work closely with the HR, Business Development, and technical teams to identify and recruit technology professionals for internal hiring as well as client staff augmentation requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Recruitment

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, GitHub, and other hiring platforms.
Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening calls.
Coordinate technical interviews with candidates and interviewers.
Manage candidate follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain recruitment pipelines and candidate databases.
Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience.

IT Staff Augmentation

Understand and coordinate on technical resource requirements received from clients.
Source suitable candidates for contract and staff augmentation requirements.
Match candidates based on skills, experience, availability, and project requirements.
Coordinate candidate submissions with the Business Development/Sales team.
Track candidate submissions, interview stages, selections, and onboarding.
Maintain and update a database of available and potential technical resources.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, availability, and joining.
Support hiring for roles such as Software Developers, Full Stack Developers, AI/ML Engineers, Data Engineers, QA Engineers, UI/UX Designers, Mobile Developers, and other technology positions.

HR Operations

Assist with onboarding employees and interns.
Prepare offer letters, internship letters, and onboarding documentation.
Collect and maintain employee and candidate documents.
Maintain HR records and recruitment trackers.
Assist with attendance, leave, onboarding, and HR reporting.
Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.

Employer Branding

Create and publish hiring posts on LinkedIn and other social platforms.
Support internship and campus hiring initiatives.
Engage with professional communities to attract quality candidates.
Assist in building Capticks' employer brand among technology professionals.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written English communication.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Interest in HR, recruitment, and IT staffing.
Good follow-up and coordination skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
Professional attitude and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree completed or pursuing in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with up to 6 months of HR or recruitment experience are also encouraged to apply.
