JOB SUMMARY
Puja At Home is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to support our Business Manager in executing marketing and growth initiatives. The intern will gain hands-on experience in market research, digital marketing, social media, influencer outreach, partnerships, and lead generation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct market and competitor research, particularly around the NRI and Indian diaspora market
- Identify and reach out to relevant NRI communities, influencers, student associations, temples, and potential business partners
- Support influencer collaborations, partnership outreach, and lead-generation activities
- Research social media trends and assist with NRI-focused content and festival campaigns
- Help plan and execute marketing initiatives to increase Puja At Home's brand visibility and reach
- Track outreach, leads, partnerships, and campaign performance and maintain marketing reports
- Research upcoming festivals and support planning of marketing activities in advance
- Assist the Business Manager with day-to-day marketing execution, coordination, and other growth initiatives
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong research skills ability to gather, organize, and present market insights clearly
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English
- Basic understanding of digital marketing — social media, influencer marketing, SEO, and email marketing
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and WhatsApp Understanding of Indian culture, festivals, and the NRI/Indian diaspora community is a strong plus
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setup
- Basic knowledge of Canva, MS Excel, or PowerPoint is an advantage
