Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, proactive, and well-spoken Marketing Executive / Field Coordinator to support and coordinate the company's marketing activities. The candidate should have strong online and offline communication skills and be comfortable coordinating with internal teams, vendors, agencies, and other external stakeholders.

The role requires the candidate to travel to different locations across Hyderabad whenever required for ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and support ATL and BTL marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Visit different locations, stores, events, exhibitions, and promotional sites across Hyderabad as required.
Coordinate with vendors, marketing agencies, event teams, influencers, and internal departments.
Assist in executing offline promotional activities, events, exhibitions, branding, and marketing campaigns.
Support online marketing coordination and communicate effectively with digital marketing teams and agencies.
Ensure marketing materials, branding elements, and promotional activities are implemented on time.
Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
Monitor field activities and campaign execution and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
Coordinate logistics and requirements for marketing events and promotional campaigns.
Be willing to travel to different Hyderabad locations whenever required for marketing and promotional activities.

Required Skills

Excellent online and offline communication skills.
Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to communicate professionally with vendors, agencies, and internal teams.
Willingness to travel and work in the field when required.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with different stakeholders.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital communication tools.

Qualification & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in Marketing, Field Coordination, Events, ATL/BTL activities, or a similar role.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
