Job Summary

Mani India Tech is looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Analyst Trainee to support day-to-day business development, online bidding, proposal preparation, lead generation, market research, and marketing activities.

This role is particularly suitable for MBA graduates/final-year MBA students and fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in IT Business Development, Proposal Management, Technology Sales, Client Engagement, and Digital Marketing.

The selected candidate will work closely with the business development and technical teams to identify opportunities, prepare client-focused proposals, conduct market research, and support lead-generation activities.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate relevant business opportunities on Upwork, Guru, and other online bidding platforms.
Prepare, customize, and submit professional proposals based on client requirements.
Research clients, industries, markets, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
Maintain bidding trackers, opportunity pipelines, follow-ups, and status updates.
Support lead generation and business development research through LinkedIn and other online channels.
Assist in preparing pitch decks, PowerPoint presentations, one-pagers, capability decks, posters, and other marketing materials.
Coordinate with internal technical teams to understand company services and technology solutions.
Convert technical information into clear, client-focused business content.
Support preparation of company profiles, service descriptions, case studies, and other sales collateral.
Assist in identifying potential clients and maintaining prospect databases.
Monitor bidding responses, client communications, and follow-up activities.
Ensure proposals and marketing materials are clear, professional, error-free, and aligned with company branding.
Support the Business Development and Management teams in achieving lead-generation and opportunity targets.
Continuously learn about IT services, technology solutions, proposal writing, and international business development.

Qualifications

MBA graduate or final-year MBA student, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Sales, or a related specialization.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, Commerce, or a related field will also be considered.
Freshers and interns are encouraged to apply.
0–1 year of experience in business development, sales, marketing, proposal writing, lead generation, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong research, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with Canva, Upwork, Guru, LinkedIn, Microsoft 365, or IT services is an advantage.
Ability to understand client requirements and customize proposals/content accordingly.
Basic understanding of business development, marketing, sales, or client acquisition concepts.
Willingness to learn technology solutions, proposal management, online bidding, and international business development.

Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
Strong in communication and written business English.
Comfortable conducting online research and analyzing business opportunities.
Creative and capable of preparing professional presentations and marketing content.
Detail-oriented and able to work within deadlines.
Interested in IT Business Development, Technology Sales, Proposal Management, Lead Generation, and Digital Marketing.
Comfortable working with international clients and understanding U.S. business requirements.
Willing to take ownership of assigned opportunities and follow-ups.
Interested in developing into a long-term Business Development Executive / Business Analyst / Proposal Specialist / Management role.

Shift Requirement

Candidates must be willing to work in a night shift aligned with the U.S. EST timezone and be available during U.S. business hours when required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
