We work on complex engineering projects for government, defence, research, industrial and institutional customers. As MIPL expands its engineering team and project portfolio, we are looking for a Senior HR Executive who can independently manage recruitment, HR operations, employee coordination and performance processes.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
- Source candidates through:
- LinkedIn
- Naukri
- Referrals
- Colleges
- Engineering competitions
- Recruitment consultants
- Recruit for roles such as:
- Mechanical Design Engineers
- Embedded Engineers
- Electronics Engineers
- AI / Computer Vision Engineers
- Drone Engineers
- Robotics Engineers
- Unity / VR Developers
- Project Engineers / Project Managers
- Manufacturing / QA Engineers
- Sales / BD roles
- Conduct initial HR screening.
- Coordinate technical interviews with department heads.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and follow-up with candidates.
- Manage offer negotiation, joining and onboarding.
2. Technical Recruitment Understanding
The candidate should be capable of understanding basic engineering skill requirements and differentiating between candidate profiles.
For example:
- SolidWorks / Creo / CAD for Mechanical Design
- STM32 / ESP32 / CAN / UART for Embedded
- PX4 / ArduPilot / Pixhawk for Drone Engineers
- OpenCV / YOLO / PyTorch for AI
- ROS / ROS2 for Robotics
Technical expertise is not mandatory, but the HR Executive should be comfortable learning these terms and sourcing accordingly.
3. Manpower Planning
- Coordinate with management and department heads for manpower requirements.
- Maintain department-wise manpower requirement tracker.
- Identify urgent and critical hiring requirements.
- Monitor:
- vacancies
- hiring pipeline
- joining dates
- offer dropouts
- attrition
- Ensure hiring is aligned with project requirements and deadlines.
4. HR Operations
- Manage employee records and HR documentation.
- Prepare:
- Offer Letters
- Appointment Letters
- Confirmation Letters
- Increment Letters
- Warning Letters
- Experience / Relieving Letters
- Maintain attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate payroll inputs with Accounts.
- Maintain personnel files and employee documentation.
5. Onboarding & Induction
- Manage complete joining formalities.
- Conduct HR induction for new employees.
- Ensure employees understand:
- company policies
- reporting structure
- attendance rules
- confidentiality requirements
- bond / service obligations
- project responsibilities
- Coordinate technical induction with department heads.
6. Employee Performance & KPI Monitoring
- Help implement KPI-based performance management.
- Coordinate monthly / quarterly employee reviews.
- Maintain employee performance records.
- Track:
- deliverables
- deadlines
- attendance
- project performance
- behavioural issues
- Coordinate with management regarding:
- increments
- promotions
- probation confirmation
- performance improvement plans
7. Employee Relations
- Act as the first HR point of contact for employee concerns.
- Handle grievances professionally.
- Manage:
- absenteeism
- disciplinary issues
- resignation
- notice period
- employee exits
- Conduct exit interviews.
- Ensure proper handover and clearance during employee separation.
8. HR Policies & Compliance
- Implement company HR policies consistently.
- Assist in drafting and updating:
- Leave Policy
- Attendance Policy
- Reimbursement Policy
- Recruitment SOP
- Bond / Service Agreement Policy
- Disciplinary Policy
- Performance Management Policy
- Support statutory and labour compliance documentation in coordination with consultants / management.
9. HR MIS & Reporting
Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports including:
- Open positions
- Candidates contacted
- Interviews conducted
- Offers released
- Candidates joined
- Offer-to-joining ratio
- Recruitment TAT
- Attrition
- Attendance
- Employee issues
- Pending HR actions

Preferred Candidate Profile

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
