Job Title: Social Media Marketing Executive (L2 / Mid-Level)

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹3,00,000 - ₹4,20,000 per year

Job Summary

We are seeking an L2-level Social Media Marketing Executive with a strong focus on organic content creation, photography, and video editing. In this role, you will lead visual storytelling, execute basic product photoshoots, edit visual content online, and manage social media channels to drive engagement and brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, conduct, and execute product photoshoots for brand visuals and social content.
Edit photos and video content online using design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or mobile/web editing apps).
Plan, write, and publish creative visual content including posts, reels, shorts, stories, and customer highlights across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Build social media calendars, monitor brand channels, and execute organic engagement strategies.
Analyze visual content performance metrics to refine content creation and brand storytelling.

Requirements

Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, organic Social Media Management, and Visual Content Creation.
Photography & Editing Skills: Practical experience conducting photography/reels shoots and editing visual media using online design platforms or software.
Content Tools: Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or equivalent online editing tools.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field.
Note: This role focuses exclusively on organic visual content creation, photography, and social channel management. Performance marketing/paid advertising specialists will not be considered.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
