Key Responsibilities Graphic Designer

Design high-quality social media creatives, banners, posters, brochures, presentations, and other marketing collaterals.
Create engaging visual assets for social media campaigns, advertisements, websites, and promotional materials.
Ensure consistency in branding, typography, color schemes, and overall visual identity.
Develop creative concepts aligned with marketing and business objectives.
Prepare print-ready and digital design files as required.

UI/UX Design

Design modern, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces for websites, landing pages, dashboards, and web applications.
Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma or similar design tools.
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of approved designs.
Improve user experience by applying usability principles and responsive design standards.
Conduct competitor research and recommend design improvements for enhanced user engagement.

Collaboration & Project Coordination

Work closely with marketing, development, content, and product teams to deliver creative assets within deadlines.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design ideas.
Maintain organized design files, reusable components, and project documentation.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and UI/UX best practices.

Required Skills

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, and other relevant design tools.
Good understanding of UI/UX principles, wireframing, prototyping, and responsive design.
Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is an added advantage.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and creativity.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Eligibility

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.
1-2 years of relevant experience. Freshers with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
A portfolio showcasing graphic design and UI/UX projects is mandatory.
