We are looking for experienced consulting and capital markets professionals to join Murex as Managers and become founding members of our growing Mumbai team.
This role offers the opportunity to help build our local presence in India while leading client engagements, developing consulting capabilities, mentoring teams, and driving business growth. Depending on your background and expertise, you will specialize in one of the following areas:

You Role
As a Manager, you will lead a portfolio of client engagements while contributing to the growth and development of the Mumbai practice.
Client Delivery & Consulting

Lead business analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design activities.

Partner with clients to understand business challenges and propose appropriate solutions.

Ensure successful project delivery through effective planning, coordination, and quality oversight.

Lead user workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's or Master's degree.

7+ years of experience in Trading, Risk Management, Treasury, Operations, Finance, Capital Markets Consulting, or Financial Technology.

Previous people management, mentoring, or leadership experience.

Strong understanding of financial markets and financial products.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Ability to lead discussions, workshops, and client engagements.

Nice to Have

Experience with Murex or other capital markets platforms such as Calypso, Adenza, Finastra, ION, FIS, Charles River, Aladdin, Summit, or similar solutions.

Experience delivering software implementation or transformation projects within financial institutions.
