Supervise daily site execution of interior fit-out works including civil, carpentry, modular furniture, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and finishing activities.
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and company quality standards.
Coordinate with architects, interior designers, project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and clients.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within the planned schedule.
Plan and allocate manpower effectively for smooth site operations.
Inspect workmanship and maintain high-quality finishing standards.
Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPR) to the Project Manager.
Monitor material requirements, stock availability, and coordinate timely procurement.
Verify measurements and maintain records for billing and project documentation.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations, housekeeping standards, and statutory compliance.
Identify site issues and resolve them proactively to avoid project delays.
Attend client meetings and provide regular project updates.
Coordinate project handover, snag rectification, and final completion.

Pay: ₹10,089.20 - ₹30,424.05 per month

Work Location: In person
