# Business Development & Social Media Executive

**Job Type:** -- Full-time

## About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and energetic **Business Development & Social Media Executive** who can manage our social media presence while also supporting business growth through lead generation, client communication, and sales activities.

The ideal candidate should be **creative, confident, target-oriented, and good at communication**. This is a combined role where you will be responsible for both **digital marketing/social media activities and business development**.

## Key Responsibilities

### Social Media & Digital Marketing

* Manage the company's Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media accounts.

* Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, stories, and other content.

* Develop and maintain a weekly/monthly social media content calendar.

* Write attractive captions, hashtags, and promotional content.

* Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.

* Research current social media trends and competitor activities.

* Coordinate with designers and content creators when required.

* Support Meta Ads and other digital marketing campaigns.

* Track social media performance and prepare regular reports.

### Business Development & Sales

* Generate new business leads through online and offline channels.

* Identify and research potential customers and business opportunities.

* Contact prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.

* Understand customer requirements and explain our products/services.

* Schedule meetings, demonstrations, and follow-ups with potential clients.

* Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and prospects.

* Prepare quotations and proposals in coordination with the team.

* Maintain and update lead/customer information in CRM or Google Sheets.

* Build strong and long-term relationships with clients.

* Convert qualified leads into customers.

* Achieve assigned monthly lead-generation and business targets.

* Prepare daily and weekly business development reports.

## Requirements

* Fresher of experience in **Business Development, Sales, Social Media, Digital Marketing, or a similar role**.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Confident in speaking with customers and handling business discussions.

* Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Meta Business Suite.

* Basic understanding of Meta Ads and digital marketing.

* Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

* Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

* Ability to create basic social media content using Canva or similar tools is a plus.

* Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.

* Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
