Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About Stamp The Passport

Stamp The Passport is a leading travel and visa consultancy dedicated to making travel seamless through visa assistance, holiday packages, flight bookings, and personalized travel solutions. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our growing team in Kochi.

Job Summary

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping.
Record and maintain sales, purchase, receipts, and payment entries in Zoho Books
Prepare invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and payment vouchers in Zoho Books.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow records.
Process vendor payments and follow up on outstanding receivables.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Maintain GST records and support GST filing processes.
Assist with TDS calculations, deductions, and statutory compliance.
Maintain accurate financial documentation and filing systems.Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
6 months –1 years of experience in accounting or finance. Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also apply.
Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or similar ERP systems.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Good written and verbal communication skills.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

6 months -1 years of experience in accounting or finance. Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also apply.

Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software in Zoho Books.

Strong numerical and analytical skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Good written and verbal communication skills.
