Job Description

Hands on experience of CATIA V5: Part Design, Assembly Design, Surface Design, Drafting & Parametric design
Hands on experience of Engineering BOM creation and benchmarking with part cost understanding
Working knowledge of product feasibility, GD&T, APQP, DVP, DFMEA, ECR/ECN, Document control
Able to understand customer requirements, procedures and implement them
Coordination with internal departments in driving APQP
Contribute to the design process improvements, work stabilization and work standardization
Knowledge of FEA simulation and IATF 16949
Knowledge of sheet manufacturing processes, material and testing standards
Knowledge of PLM Enovia
Knowledge of Automotive Exhaust, EGR cooler and Turbo systems

Qualifications

Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering with 8 to 12 years of experience (preferable from automobile industry)
