Job Title: Quality and Automation Engineer 2
Technical Skills Must Have:

Strong experience in Manual Testing for Web and mobile applications

Hands-on experience in Test Automation using any test framework (eg., WebdriverIO, Selenium, etc.)

Solid understanding of test design, execution, and defect management

Experience working with API testing tools (e.g., Bruno, Postman, etc.)
Good to Have

Experience with Playwright automation framework

Knowledge of mobile testing tools/frameworks (iOS testing – XCUITest/Appium, etc.)

Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies

Basic understanding of performance or security testing concepts

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration of test suites

Exposure to Git skills to maintain high-quality automation code
Key Responsibilities
-
Perform end-to-end manual testing for iOS applications and web applications ensuring high-quality deliverables
-
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using WebdriverIO
-
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and define test strategies
-
Identify, log, and track defects through resolution with clear documentation
-
Participate in test planning, test case design, and execution activities
-
Ensure test coverage across functional, regression, and integration testing
-
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and frameworks
-
Support automation integration into CI/CD pipelines for faster releases
-
Analyze test results and provide clear reporting on quality metrics and risks

Continuously improve knowledge of testing tools, frameworks, and best practices
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, or a related field
-
3+ years of experience in software testing (manual + automation)
-
Hands-on experience in automation testing using Test frameworks
- Strong experience in manual testing of mobile and web applications

Good understanding of software testing lifecycle (STLC) and defect lifecycle
-
Experience in writing and executing test cases, test plans, and test scenarios
-
Basic knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript (or any scripting language) for automation

Exposure to CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
-
Good understanding of REST APIs and API testing approaches
-
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
-
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and a quality-first mindset
