Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities and expand our customer base in the logistics and transportation industry. The ideal candidate will identify potential clients, build strong relationships, promote logistics solutions, and achieve sales targets through regular field visits and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new customers requiring logistics, transportation, warehousing, freight forwarding, or supply chain solutions.
Conduct field visits, client meetings, and presentations to promote company services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Understand customer shipping and logistics requirements and propose customized solutions.
Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service conditions with clients.
Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM systems.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and outstanding payments when required.
Participate in industry events, networking activities, and trade exhibitions.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
1–5 years of sales experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, courier, freight forwarding, or supply chain services.
Strong understanding of logistics operations and transportation services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Self-motivated with a strong sales-driven attitude.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
