VS Studio | Executive Assistant (EA) | Kolkata

Location: New Alipore, Kolkata

Office Address: No. 20/1, Triangular Park, Sahapur Colony, Plot No. 100, New Alipore, Kolkata – 700053, West Bengal

Salary: upto 30000 per month

Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Office

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Eligibility:

2–4 years of experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or in an administrative role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle emails, calls, and professional communication on behalf of the management.
Maintain documents, records, and important files efficiently.
Assist with administrative tasks, expense tracking, invoicing, and data entry.
Conduct research, prepare reports, and support decision-making.
Coordinate meetings, events, and internal communications.
Prioritize daily tasks, manage schedules, and ensure timely execution.
Handle confidential information with complete professionalism.
Resolve day-to-day operational challenges and provide administrative support to senior management.

Preferred Skills:

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Professional personality with excellent interpersonal skills.

Resourceful, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced work environment.

Experience supporting senior management or business owners will be an added advantage.

Important: We are looking for a highly organized and proactive executive assistant who can efficiently manage schedules, communication, administrative responsibilities, and confidential business operations. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
