Job Description: ERP Sales Executive

Location: Delhi NCR

Employment Type: Full-time

Department: Sales / Business Development

Experience Required: 1–4 years in B2B software, ERP, SaaS, or IT solution sales

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven ERP Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities and sell ERP solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP Business One, Focus ERP, and other business management solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand client business processes and recommend suitable ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and field visits.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
Conduct meetings with business owners, CFOs, CEOs, and operations teams to understand business requirements.
Present ERP product demonstrations and solution capabilities in coordination with the technical/functional consulting team
Follow up with prospects, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and close sales deals.
Coordinate with the implementation team during project handover.
Maintain CRM records and update sales activities regularly.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Stay updated on ERP industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, IT, or a related field.
1–4 years of experience in ERP, software, SaaS, IT services, or B2B solution sales.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand business processes such as Finance, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, Manufacturing, or Retail.
Experience with CRM tools (Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is preferred.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.

Preferred Experience

Experience selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP Business One, Focus ERP, Tally integration solutions, or enterprise software.
Existing network in manufacturing, trading, retail, construction, or distribution industries.
Knowledge of ERP implementation lifecycle and business process consulting.
