About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Flutter Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms. The successful candidate will play a key role in mobile architecture, technical leadership, mentoring developers, and driving best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of scalable and high-performance mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Define mobile application architecture, coding standards, and development best practices.
- Collaborate with product owners, UX/UI designers, solution architects, and backend teams to deliver business-critical solutions.
- Design and implement reusable, maintainable, and testable code.
- Integrate mobile applications with REST APIs, GraphQL services, and cloud platforms.
- Conduct code reviews, technical assessments, and performance optimization activities.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers and provide technical guidance.
- Drive CI/CD implementation, automated testing, and release management processes.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.
- Participate in Agile delivery, sprint planning, and stakeholder discussions.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of software development experience, including 4+ years in Flutter development.
- Strong expertise in Flutter, Dart, and cross-platform mobile development.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale mobile applications for iOS and Android.
- Deep understanding of state management frameworks such as Bloc, Riverpod, Provider, or GetX.
- Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, and third-party integrations.
- Strong knowledge of mobile application security, performance optimization, and scalability.
- Experience with Firebase, Push Notifications, Analytics, and Crash Reporting tools.
- Proficiency with Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD platforms.
- Strong understanding of Clean Architecture, MVVM, and design patterns.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of native Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift) development.
- Experience leading development teams and technical delivery.
- Exposure to DevOps practices and automated deployment pipelines.
- Experience in Banking, FinTech, Insurance, Healthcare, or Government domains.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Pay: ₹530,715.09 - ₹1,870,371.91 per year
